North Korea testing weapons?

I just heard about this on Malloy. Does anybody know about this? According to the caller he heard about it on BBC. :scared:

2. It's just a matter of time...

I think Bush WANTS them to test a nuke. He really needs an excuse to get to work on that missle shield again. That's an EXPENSIVE project and would be VERY profitable to all those corporate donors that put him in office. I think very much of his decisions revolve around dumping money into the military industrial complex.
