Will Hannity,Coulter ,Byrne and Limbaugh
be as sarcastic about the handholding of Bush and the Saudi Prince as they were with Kerry and Edwards embracing? I really know that this is rhetorical, but, this would be an ideal opportunity to hear if asked, how they would rationalize it.

1. Saudi Men love to hold hands of other males
When I was in Desert Shield/Storm, we got a vist by a Saudi company commander and he was escorted around by one of our Captain's - the Saudi latched on to this guys hand and they walked around our 800 all male - all macho - battalion area to the dropped draws of the troops...

But to answer your question, speak no evil, hear to evil...

2. Especially considering that Kerry and Edwards were running mates, while
Bush is seen holding hands with a diplomat from a nation that attacked us on 9/11/01.

3. It was a power play by the Saudi . . .
He knows perfectly well that Western men are uncomfortable holding hands in public.

He wanted to rub "ohl-man" Bush's nose in the fact that Saudi holds all the cards and 'Murrica better grease the old poop chute for a helpin' of raggedy camel dick.

'Course the Prince is wrong -- he's got a revolution brewing back home that's likely to separate his head from his body in the next few years or so, but he still likes to get his jollies with the weaker members of the world leader community.

4. Sure...sure they will!
We all know how fair and balanced they are.

I mean, today, I heard Rush talking about how the Family Research Council was FOR filibusters just in 1998 but are now against them and he doesn't understand why.

That's when I woke up from my lunchtime nap.

6. Spin Of The Day
I overheard this scanning the cable noise channels...

"The Saudis really don't control that much of the export market"...and "even if they increase production, it won't affect prices, blah blah blah".

Sounds like CYA to me.
