Rev. taking Hannity to the woodshed
Rev. Bob Edgar pointing out that Frist himself filibustered a Clinton nomination, judge Paez. Hannity is calling him a liar but Edgar is hanging in there and calling him a liar.

I guess he won't be appearing on Hannity/Colmes anymore, check it out he rocks!

BTW, here is the link for whenever a winger pulls the "never filibustered a judicial nominee" line.

I'll know I didn't go to the good place. What an asshat. Shouldn't he be feeding homeless people, like Jesus did?

influencing voting all the time ... and supposedly, his "Liberty and Ethics Commission" is part of the Southern Baptist Convention administrative body.

It is so nice to know that my relatives all moved back to the Midwest and became Southern Baptists, and that the money they donate to their church is funneling upwards and eventually paying his salary.

Hold on, I need a time out to calm down!

21. Because the IRS, for some explicable reason, does not seem..
to want to rip tax-exempt statuses from the Religious Right right now. Apparently, Land "has the pResident's ear."

24. What I think
is if church's go over the line and get involved in politics like these people they should. There are a lot of churches out there who don't bother anybody (like mine and my grandparents). There's nothing against these people having free speech and all that but they're dragging their whole congregation into this nonsense. Especially those who participated in "Justice Sunday."

26. I contribute monthly to AU.
They are always going after violators.

But what I was trying to say is that, if it is true that Land has Booosh's ear, the IRS will do nothing to the SBC, or any of the big backers, in my humble opinion.

35. I'd end-up in jail!
Taking my best shot on him and Ann! Oh, but it would be a long time 'comin!

Point: If Dem's, Lib's and anyone disagreeing w/them STOPPED all together accepting appearance offers, whom would they have to beat up on, debate against? No one. They'd have no opion.

Can't figure out how people don't see that, less the $$ is BIG. Still, I'd tell um' to shove it.

7. EXCELLENT FIND!
You should see if they'll let you republish it here.

Stuff like this needs to be spread out. I'm sick to death hearing these Conservasnivelers bleating on about how upatriotic and Godless anyone who opposes a Presidental Nominee is, regardless of the fact that it was many who are bleating this are the same assholes who spent 8 years making a career of shitcanning Clinton's Nominees.

Thankfully John AssCrack has kept his holier than thou mouth shut after his "efforts" regarding our Last Truly Elected Presidents Nominees.

RULE 1: Republicans are Liars
RULE 2: If in doubt, refer to Rule 1

11. TECHNICALLY, the Pukes are right
Their line is now that an APPEALS court nominee has never been SUCCESSFULLY filibustered. But if you read that column, it is pretty clear who is "parsing words".

9. That is how EVERYONE should deal with Hannity. Call him a liar back!
Hannity ALWAYS attacks people and says they are liars then people get on the defensive and Hannity tears them up. THE ONLY WAY TO DEAL WITH HANNITY IS TO STAY ON THE OFFENSIVE AND EXPOSE HIM FOR WHAT HE IS! A LIAR!

While the poor neocons have to use the nuclear option cuz only 90% of bush*s nominations get through Congress. Gee whiz, that sure does seem like persecution to me! :puke:
