Bush judges... lemme see now...
So, the word is that the Senate blocks all judges who are "people of faith." Does that mean that Bush's other 200-plus judicial nominees (the ones approved by the Senate) were all atheists?

3. I wonder has any one in the public eye said that?
Jon Stewart would be a good one for starters.
But someone from Congress should say it too.

5. Alan Colmes used it yesterday on the show against Hannity and a guest
Hannity also tried to claim that "the filibuster has never been used against a judicial nom".

After a short argument with a preacher who told Hannity he was "wrong", another guest amended Hannity's statement to: "circuit court nomination".

Then Colmes came on and told them BOTH they were being untruthful, citing Frist's holdup of Paez five years ago.

Glad I saw that.

4. I find amusement in their "popular notion" that the Dems aren't allowed
to filibuster judicial nominations.....So they have to change the rules.

6. Just like a bully 5 year old that will win a game at all costs
cheat or change the rules. The other kid is yelling "no fair!" while the bully laughs.
