I got a bad feeling about Chimpy's Press Conference - "Executive Orders"
Why do I get the feeling that this dictator mindset is getting out of control? How about an "Executive Order" that says "Social Security is getting fixed 'my way'"?? I can thing of even worse things that he could do now that he's in freefall with support...

I almost wish he would try something like that.
You think there is a slight backlash now, that would speed it up tenfold.

1. Don't blame you
I suggested something similar about him having to resort to Executive Orders because he doesn't have the votes......

I don't know what he's up to but whenever he's been backed into a corner before, he has attacked...I expect some kind of attack tonight....

8. Well, if you're going to be paranoid about it. . .
at least get the name right: Martial Law.

And no, I don't believe he'll try to impose any such draconian measure on us. Given there's no compelling reason or event that warrants it, even his supporters would balk.

3. Fine
let him issue as many executive orders as he wants - they will backfire. I firmly believe just letting the man go (and the rest of the arrogant repugs) wil be their undoing. The more power they get, the more they want; we all know how that turns out.

7. There is some wisdom
to that tactic....

Just like parents protecting their Children from the consequences of their actions, the Democratic Party has been the only thing protecting this country from the disaster that is GEORGE W. BUSH.

Maybe we need to let the country suffer the consequences and when the country throws the corrupt sons-of-bitches out, we will go in and fix it.....

I just hope the country doesn't suffer irreparable damage by the time it's all over. Then the Democrats will step in for clean up, as usual.

16. That's what I've been saying to Mass. Democrats about Romney's vetoes
They need to stop over-riding his vetoes.

Let them see what Romney really wants to do, or else we'll be stuck with him until the sun burns out.

5. If he can't 'convince' the Murican people that Soc Sec needs to be fixed
'his way' He no doubt will used "Executive Order" to get his way. Chimpy won't let this go without winning.. He's like a dog with a bone when it comes to getting what he wants.

22. Bush doesn't give two shits about Social Security
It isn't about SS ... its about "legacy" for him.

But then .... he's a stupid, shallow, inept, self-aborbed man .....

For the puppeteers ... not so much. For them, its about gutting the social contract as a way to free up more bux to steal.
