Scariest movie trailer ever? I saw one the other night.

I went to see the movie "The Interpreter" with a friend. We're sitting there through some truly boring movie previews and during the last one, my friend said, "Where have we seen that actor before?" I mumbled something about him being in the movie "28 Days". I really don't want to spoil this preview for anyone who happens to be going to the movies in the next week or so, but this preview caught me by surprise and scared the living crap out of me. Maybe I was overly nervous that day or something else was wrong with me, but it is absolutely the scariest trailer I have ever seen.

The movie might be garbage, but I will see it just because of the trailer.

Whoa.

6. Ok...I'm dying of curiosity... (spoilers, maybe)
I just looked at a couple of trailers on apple.com/trailers.

I looked at these two..............

"Red Eye" and "The Island"

Both looked pretty scary. "Red Eye" was scary--like trippy, spooky scary. "The Island looked scary and pretty interesting. However, I'm not so sure I trust Michael Bay after "Armageddon."

So, which trailer was it?

trailer:

His voice is ultra hot--so I wasn't particularly spooked.

I wonder if the trailer you've seen was a new one--you're right though, if it's the trailer above, they take you down one road with it, then veer wildly left.

on edit: I don't find it to be a spoiler, because like most trailers, the name of the film doesn't appear until the end of the trailer anyway??

10. Wes Craven has always been one of the best at screams
I love his stuff -- not necessarily gore, but always thrilling.

11. Yeah, I heard this is straight up thriller.
I've not seen too much of his work overall (horror films scare the shit out of me seriously), but an article I read about the film said that this one is straight up thriller and not so much gore and fright.

It's all kind of the same though!

12. "White Noise" with Michael Keaton was scary as hell too.

If we're talking strictly about trailers...

I couldn't get through it almost, just too freaky, because they said it was "true" and the messages were so.... :scared:

Here's that one too, LOL:

16. I went to the link for the White Noise trailer but that dang roach got me.

They had that stupid advertisement that has a big roach running around. My skin started to crawl so I immediately clicked off. I think I've seen the trailer for White Noise before and it is good. But the trailer for Red Eye was just so unexpected.

If they can scare me that much in a minute or so, I'll give them my money and go see their movie. :)
