I have no clue as to how to address this or even how to send a donation to an overseas account. Can anyone help with this please?

No one should ever have to sell a body part to save their child. I know things are far worse in Africa, but this woman touched me. We have so much here and are lucky we haven't gotten this desperate, so far. If the Lunatic keeps it up, it may be one of us soon.
