Budget cuts in Ohio have caused a calamity called the "revolving door syndrome" for criminals. Our Gov.Taft has put us all at risk. This has also affect the State Prison system too. Budget cuts for half-way houses in the millions of dollars.

Here's a video clip story:

2. They want it both ways......
Ultimately, the voter loose as do many, many innocent by standers of the community. These so called non-violent criminals kill with AIDS, drug deals, ripping off their neighbor, causing chaos where-ever they go with their scams and con-games!

:scared:

5. Same thing happened where I live
Now our city/county jail has a swinging door. people commit crimes but are released. They know they will not do much jail time. Somethines just a day or two.Part of the jail is closed down now.

3. Ohio jails are over crowded because...
they jail people who have done nothing more than possess a joint, mandatory sentence for drug offenses, while others get to do house arrest or community service. This state sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

7. Well, this must be good news for ya then.
It appears if it happens in this county, they'll let you out on a Sheriff's Release.

8. Marijuana is decriminalized in Ohio
If you possess only one joint or a few, you get $100 fine, not a jail sentence.
