There have been NO abuses due to the Patriot Act? Hey, sweets, dare to send international observers into Gitmo, Abu Grahb and even our own prisons to see if this is the case.

And, it's the TSA's fault we're not profiling people getting on airplanes? This lady needs to get pulled out of a line, back-roomed and humiliated. But, oops, she's white, blonde-haired and blue-eyed. She wouldn't have the same headaches a person who looks somewhat "Arabic" or has a one-way ticket or doesn't have a Drivers License or Credit Card. If this is living safer, I'd hate to fathom what this "lady" considers to be dangerous.

9. says there is always probability of gov abusing powe but we have
checks and balances. Well --lady-the checks and balances, in large part are NOT working as they should.
