I called my Senator's Office today.. Have you called yours?
To oppose the nuclear option. I don't know how much good it will do as I live in Texas but I let them know they carry this burden with them if they vote for it.

1. Called both of mine too!
In fact, I've called each about six times and also, Frist, McCain, and Santorum on the nuclear option.

I think we need to keep the pressure up in big numbers. That and public opinion may be the only things giving them pause on this issue.

4. How About Chuckles Grassley?
I only have one Repugnican Senator within 150 miles of me (the Lugie man from Indiana...and we know he's bought and paid for). Is Grassley flippable? I've met Chuckles and while he's a partisan, he can show an independent streak now and then. Any Iowa DUers got thoughts?
