What does it mean when someone responds to your post

What does it mean when someone responds to your post

and it says ignored? Does that mean the person can't respond to you as they have you on ignore? I thought the only time you saw ignore was when you put someone else on ignore?

1. Typically that means you have them on ignore.

5. Is there a way to check or flush your "ignored" and "buddy" lists?
I don't use those features but there must be some way to flush them if they become corrupted or if you make a mistake and add someone to the wrong list.
