The Smoking Gun Memo was not released by Blair it was leaked to the Times of London. To the best of my knowledge only Knight Ridder has picked up the leaked memo story

That is not the memo linked to by the initial letter in this thread. These are all 7 to 8 day old links. The memo that was leaked to the times on Sunday is an entirely different memo. It only mentions the legality of the war in passing. We are talking past each other.
