WONDERFUL DETAILED ARTICLE - PROOF *AGAINST* BUSH-(( MUST READ))
Never in our wildest dreams did we think we would see those words in black and whiteand beneath a SECRET stamp, no less. For three years now, we in Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS) have been saying that the CIA and its British counterpart, MI-6, were ordered by their countries' leaders to "fix facts" to "justify" an unprovoked war on Iraq. More often than not, we have been greeted with stares of incredulity.

It has been a hard learning that folks tend to believe what they want to believe. As long as our evidence, however abundant and persuasive, remained circumstantial, it could not compel belief. It simply is much easier on the psyche to assent to the White House spin machine blaming the Iraq fiasco on bad intelligence than to entertain the notion that we were sold a bill of goods.

Well, you can forget circumstantial. Thanks to an unauthorized disclosure by a courageous whistleblower, the evidence now leaps from official documents, this time authentic, not forged. Whether prompted by the open appeal of the international Truth-Telling Coalition or not, some brave soul has made the most explosive "patriotic leak" of the war by giving London's Sunday Times the official minutes of a briefing by Richard Dearlove, then head of Britain's CIA equivalent, MI-6. Fresh back in London from consultations in Washington, Dearlove briefed Prime Minister Blair and his top national security officials on July 23, 2002, on the Bush administration's plans to make war on Iraq.

Blair does not dispute the authenticity of the document, which immortalizes a discussion that is chillingly amoral. Apparently no one felt free to ask the obvious questions. Or, worse still, the obvious questions did not occur.

Bush supporters either do not care that Bush lied or are too stupid to understant the fact that Bush lied. I think that Bush supporters like being lied to.

6. Uh, Uh, I have to tell you. I'm noticing a trend among the
ONE Republican I know and have regular conversations with via email. He is NOW starting to send ME these stories. I think the religious zealots coming to the forefront of his attention jerked him out of his stupor! Conservative aren't ALL religious. For some it really was just about the belief our government was too big. They may even FINALLY realize WHY the government needs to be that big if THE ENTIRE TRUTH comes out...All the nasty little secrets of THIS and several OTHER administrations, including his fathers.

Some of the conservatives that are FINALLY waking up really DID believe we were making a stink over NOTHING.... That it was all rhetoric. Terry Schiavo made SOME of them rethink their views enough to actually turn on C-Span. The past few weeks of stories like the 911 truth discussion and other stories like this are having an effect. Some conservatives are waking up from their stupor, really! I just sent him a link to the NC church story about kicking the Dem members out. Let's see how long it takes him to start sending me follow up stories!

4. Now we have evidence
Bush lied to start a war. It's impeachment time. Then Bush should be convicted and thrown in jail. Maybe that's why BushCo is so hot to take over the judiciary, they want lenient sentences when they are convicted of high crimes.

I will meet at that time we need to go to the barricades
which might me necessary

Remember Nixon? It took a while, almost an eternity in my youthful days from the time I knew ,until the nation knew,
and he was never impeached

Have the patience and fortitude of Gandi and Martin luther King jr.
we will prevail.

8. Most are calling it a memo.
It is official minutes of a briefing. The word memo is now suspect and maybe that's why it's being called that.

Will most Amerikans give a damn about this proof that Bush and is Junta betrayed Amerika's trust?
