Watch as the slime on FOX and elsewhere will make Abdul's paramour responsible for the entire episode. I just know it has nothing to do with his being the off-spring of a mixed couple.

Don't tell me women can't be predators. And any real man would have jumped at the opportunity that Paul offered him and I damn well know it. FOX should not have tried to screw him too then maybe none of this would have come out. But since it is, I wish everyone would stop trying make Paula the victim. She is not!!

I'd say that's a tad offensive. (To say the least.) Even as a straight male, I don't find Paula irresistable. While I don't presume to speak for others, I'm fairly sure my gay brothers find her even less so - and still regard themselves, as I do, a "real man."

While I'd otherwise suggest a more careful choice of words, I think a more important suggestion might be in examining the intellectual assumption of what a "real man" actually is.

Paula gets some publicity and some sympathy

That boy gets another 15 minutes of fame and some cash

ABC, or whoever it was, gets some cash for a contraversy

Idol fans have something to talk about

It's a win win across the board for everyone. The reality is that Paula did nothing illegal, there's only circumstancial evidence and the word of an Idol who has a record.

12. They have to teach continuous scapegoating. Either Dems are
attacked or some celebrity or human interest story is attacked. If they stop with the teaching of the culture of attack.. Americans might get their democracy back.

Can anyone please tell what is the big deal about American Idol and the alleged scandal.???
First of all didn't this kid finish what in 10th place a karaoke contest. And he got busted for lying about his past.
If Paula is or was a pill freak thats her business. But to devote one hr of network programming based on he said she said..
And lets call it an exclusive...damn I don't think so...
