British memo, Dr. David Kelly, Hutton Inquiry

When I first read about the British memo, I was glad that the proof of what most of us thought all along was finally revealed. I thought, too, of Dr. David Kelly - a UN weapons inspector and British adviser on biological weapons who was evidently outed as a source to a BBC story regarding concerns over "sexing up the dossier" on Iraq's WMD program. He supposedly took his own life in July 2003. An official inquiry lead by Lord Hutton officially cleared the government of any wrong doing in Kelly's death in January 2004. Here is a CNN timeline:

It will be interesting whether or not this memo has any bearing on Dr. Kelly's case. He was trying to warn that the intelligence was being manipulated to make the case for war.

The story mentions an e-mail to a friend in which Dr. Kelly referred to "many dark actors playing games." That phrase has stuck in my mind. And now we have some proof of this.
