Apologies to those who like AAR, but I would rather listen to a jet engine whine than listen to talk radio. It's not so much the radio personalities as it is the countless morons who call into the shows. If I wanted to hear the opinion of talk radio listeners I would go to FR. It's much quieter.
Ten years after Clinton signed the Welfare Reform Act, there are still people who believe that Blacks vote for Democrats because of welfare. The object lesson for Democrats is that caving into these stereotypes and prejudices does nothing for them in the long run.
10. You're making me feel better for getting out of the business.
I was thinking of going back to teaching now that my kids are in school... but actually, maybe I'd rather do something a little less insanity-provoking.
