Randi Rhodes should be careful....

I listen to her sometimes on AAR (since I can't stream Washington Journal anymore) and I think she's great, but I have heard her twice allude to that pro life activist bordering on the thing he did with the mule as being close to homosexuality. I don't know if she is joking or what but I think someone needs to call her on this. If anyone heard exactly what she said, tell me what do you think? If I was a homosexual person, I wouldn't like what she is saying.

Mules, like most hybrids, are usually sterile. However, a mule may be either male or female. "Mule" just means it was the offspring of a male donkey and female horse.

3. I didn't hear that about the mule guy.

What I think she said was that the homosexual accusations were really about pedophilia. She said at the end that we needed to love our kids and animals, not make love to them.

Anyway, if they post the transcript, it should clear up what she said.

Any sex, other than missionary with a woman who is your wife is by definition a No-no for fundies, so I don't think it's about equating gay sex with bestiality, but rather pointing out this man's hypocrisy and ignorance of the tenets of his own cult.
