most "half gallons" of ice cream now consist of 1.75 quarts . . .

Sure it's not 1.75 liters? I truly don't know, just asking.

And I ask 'cause the booze industry went to this some time ago. What was once a fifth (1/5 of a gallon) is now .750L, which is slightly less than a fifth. The 1.75L bottle is commonly called a half-gallon.

5. Check out a pound of coffee....same size can less coffee.
I'm telling ya there putting air in our stuff and telling us its full. No one would possibly notice....a corporate scam lets give them less and let them think its more.

See we wouldn't learn & convert to the metric system and now its used against us. I long for the Imperial Gallon.

6. New Bacon math too.. a pound is now 12 oz..
I know it's always been pricey, but they've gone to troy ounces on us :)
