ISIKOFF becomes RATHER

Serves him right for pretending and acting like the
Monica story was real news for a year.

And you thought they'd be grateful.

Mikie, assume the position:

:spank:

2. He's getting his loyalty paid back in droves now isn't he?
It ought to serve as a warning to all the GOP Media Whores out there--they won't respect you in the morning.

been leaking to Drudge for years. I find it odd they would let the very reporter who did so much for them go down.

Either Issikoff's got some big debts on his Master Card, a wife who's divorcing him and taking everything...or pigs can fly.

I don't see him going down unless he got a payoff.

7. Curious isn't it.

I mean the guy is now known as the author who inspired the deadly riots. Of course, maybe the Bush policies had something to do with that but noooo.

The pollster who did the exit polls that showed Kerry winning by 51-48% at 10pm went back and "massaged the data" and re-released a new "exit poll" at 2:00am that matched the Bush numbers. That wasn't enough for * and co. They now have this guy out there giving speeches saying what a lousy pollster he is and how his exit poll was all f'ed up at 10pm (2000 &2004 election polls were w/in .5% of final vote reports).

Watch for Isikoff to do a Mike Isikoff Grovel Tour.

Truly pathetic.

4. Mikey, Mikey, Mikey...
May I be the first one at DU to offer you a hearty...

BUWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

It must be rough finding things to write about, now that you don't have a parade of aroused, knuckle-dragging, foam at the mouth, right wing nut jobs jerking off to every word that pours from that vacuous gourd you've got balanced on those delicate shoulders.

Mikey, for all of us that supported, and still support our last truly ELECTED President, let me say, with all sincerity, Go Fuck Yourself.

BTW, nice job checking those sources Douchebag...

6. That means something coming from a fellow journalist
Seems like eating our own given the nature of the story he was reporting. Regardless of prior animosity, we need to stand behind the man.

9. Yep... first they came for CBS and I did not speak up, because
I was not with CBS.... Newsweek.... me, and there was no one left to speak for me.

In other words, either we stand together and protect our writers or we stand alone without any truth.

10. He trashed Clinton without mercy, no mercy at all.
I'm a fan of yours but not Mikie. This story is already out and Rove's one trick pony routine is old. Bush at 43% today...that's the real number.

Mikie needs to go down and know how it feels for what he did to Clinton.

If he were even a semi-decent reporter, he'd get the DVD that the Senators saw after the first report. Some pretty awful stuff on that one, worse even that this and stuff that the American people would really understand, from whats been said.

I remember this little prick (sorry for my French) on the news, oh so sincere and serious, talking about the most trivial garbage.

He can rot in journalist Hell (along with Hearst, Novak, all reporters in Ohio in 2004, the Faux crew, etc. etc.

But, hey, I'm not bitter.

17. I'll stand for the truth, but stand behind Isikoff?
sorry, he's the ultimate hack, watching him get used and spit out by Bushco .... sorry, but I'm going to relish the schadenfreude... besides we don't know how this story is going to turn out.

13. When are they all going to figure out that they are all expendable? They
(the media) honest and not so honest media are constantly kissing this administrations ass and cowering to them and towing the line....Do they think that it will "spare" them? How mistaken are they? They are all expendable...they are being used for the propaganda purposes of this administration and when they are done using them, they toss them aside like a used piece of toilet paper that just got done wiping their behind...

It doesn't matter if they are the ones that kissed ass or not...in the end, they will all go down and this administration could care less about them....

The only way the 4th Estate will ever survive is if they speak out and fight this administration....Otherwise, they will all go down and unfortunately, so will freedom of speech and this country!

14. They'll get the message just as the jail house door slams on them.
First they came for the poor, then for the middle class, then, oy vey, they nailed the Mandarins ... bouy bouy Mikie, et al.

You are so right on this. It's amazing how complicit people are in their own demise.

16. The Bushistas are like the mob. Once you're in, you stay in, or else.
It may be a message to other Rove puppets "Get clearance from Karl before running potentially negative stories".

And fodder for Howie Kurtz, Drudge, and all the other lapdogs and propagandists-by-proxy in the MSM today; they don't give a shit about you. They'll use you for their little control vendettas than dump your asses when it's convenient for them.

Isikoff was one of the worst out there; I'm shedding crocodile tears now...
