Osama Bin Laden Has Us Right Where He Wants Us....
Man, that Osama Bin Laden is one tricky dude. No wonder so many people in the Middle East idolize him. Being related to a family that is rich as sin helps. Being related to a family which happens to be the boss of the daddy of the president of the United States REALLY helps. But he has to be pretty sharp to have gotten the US into this pickle.

First, he sends two airplanes into the World Trade Center Towers killing thousands. The United States responds by by sending all his relatives home to safety. Then, after a pretend Osama Bin Laden hunt, when the US gets too close for comfort, W. and Co. inexplicably turn their focus to one of Osama's bitter enemies, secular tyrant Sadaam Hussain.

Now, the United States in embroiled in a quagmire much like the one that brought down the USSR in Afghanistan--where Osama fought in the 1980's. THis war, which is draining our financial and military resources is also making the US a buzzword for Totalitarian Bully and Middle Eastern Muslims a symbol for freedom fighters around the world.

What exactly are we doing for Osama in Iraq? We are killing his Sunni and Shite religious rivals. We have cut off Iraq oil production and kept oil prices sky high, making gazillions of bucks for the Saudis, including the Bin Ladens, so that they can continue to fund muslim extremists and terrorists and the Bush family. We are making threatening gestures at Iran, his Saudi relatives OTHER big oil producing/ muslim extremist rivals. We are trying to take over Venezuela, too, because they sit on a lot of oil, so they influence oil prices as well.

And that is what this whole thing boils down to. Osama is no dummy. His family gives him all the financial support he needs as long as they get what they need---namely total control over the thing that they value more than blood.

Oil.

2. Nice summary, of course "they" also includes the Bush family....
...and Bush's base, the ultra-wealthy in America, or as Dubya put it, "the haves and the have mores". That's why this is Bush's War.

3. It's really a sin
"We the people" know the truth. And that's where the sin comes in. "We the people" no longer matters. Now it's "Me, Commander Koo-Koo Bananas".

4. Just who do you think are the main financiers of the Bush Family?
Edited on Wed May-18-05 09:07 AM by leveymg
Go back and read Krugman's NYT column "The Arabian Candidate" (Jihadists are the main beneficiaries of Bush's disasterous policies, W might as well have been created by them): http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article6524.htm

Then, pick up Pete Brewton's "The Mafia, CIA and George Bush" (Bush, Sr. is part an unholy alliance of spooks, Nazis and Arab bad guys) (Introductory Chapter posted in full at "the other" political site:
http://www.freerepublic.com/forum/a389b6a173e33.htm

You're closer to the truth than you know.

6. Money, money, money!!!
The more the US fucks up in Iraq, the larger the reconstruction contracts for Bechtel get. The more $$$ Bechtel gets, the richer the Bin Ladens become (they own at least 10% of at least one Bechtel subsidiary involved in Iraqi reconstruction contracts)...disturbing pattern...

7. My husband, an ex-NYC fireman, swears bin Laden
in on the payroll of the neo-cons - and I don't think he is kidding when he says it. Look at the last time he showed up - and he will show up again around Oct 30th, 2006. Want to bet???

10. Your theory assumes that Osama is owned by Bush.
The evidence seems to indicate that it is the bin Ladens and their brethren who actually own the Bush family. Recall the pet name given by the Saudi Royals to W: "Bandar Bush"

Also, lots of other scary types sit at that same conference table. Seriously, see my post, above.

13. Musharraf did speculate that in January 2002. There's some more
evidence, but nothing really conclusive. http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/osama_dead.html

I wouldn't rule it out. Or, maybe he's sitting right now at a table at the Grand Casino in Monaco playing baccarat with the Aga Khan's nephew discussing where to go for dinner tonight?

Equally possible. Choose your alternative universe.

15. Think about this
Edited on Wed May-18-05 10:49 AM by rniel
How much money was spent by them to execute their attack on the twin towers vs. how much we've spent on our response. Maybe only $250,000 to 10 billion right?

Very cost effective solution to destroy america.

Osama bin laden may be crazy but is not stupid.
