kerry, boxer, dean, frank, hillary, reid...need to answer
Edited on Wed May-18-05 09:10 AM by seabeyond
we the people have some questions. they talk about what we need to do. with an example here on du, i see a paralell. they need to answer. i want to know. what did they think about galloway. why did levine ? his name went blank on spelling. why did he handle yesterday with galloway the way he did. why have none of these democrats talked about this. i at least want an email from these people to tell me what is going on. now

my right
my party
we want it from repug
our people had better damn well do it if they want my money and my support

and if they are dirty, if this is one for all, better come clean now. later wont be ok

4. i can see them not seeing way back then
i had bush as governor. i immediately jumped in to see the facts of 9/11. i saw bush manipulation of fear. and i saw fear of citizens. and i saw bush use it to take over in 2002. and saw position democrats were in. and i remember. so that i dont hold them to. i do wonder where they are now in the iraq situation. so i can see exactly what is up now. why these people need to answer. now. about what galloway siad. these people may/may not have seen the truth back then. it may be merely a sellout on their part because they were up for vote. anyone who said anything contradictive to bush was out

that included hte public. we couldnt even speak out, well a lot did. was dean that brought voice back, that is what i value and appreciate and respect in this man

maybe it is dean that needs to address. i think dems shut him up a week or two ago, over something. i dont care about those dems, they dont control or own dean, we the people do. dean needs to speak out and trust in the power of us again. not put future in the party, but in the people. that is when he shines

we are so clever. it all really isnt so hard. we have some smart and good people in office. what ever they are protecting, i am sure, it isnt so big and so bad. i think the repugs have that. like pelosi? rules of house yesterday, that was a good step. i like that she found her voice.

2. Well this was incoherent
I hope to Gawd these people have better things to do in Congress than answer to posters on DU. I should hope that posters on DU aren't too lazy to go out and find these answers for themselves. All the Senators named about have these answers, up front and easily accessible, on their Senate web sites. If they are spending time responding to incoherent rants on DU then they are mis-spending their time.

DU is speaking what most democrats are thinking. What the heck is wrong with these cowardly Democrats. Someone needs to put a boot in the a** of our government and do it now!

9. You asked for their position
They have stated their positions. Loudly and publicly. On their Senate websites.

Go look it up. I am not denying your voice. I am stating that you are lazy and won't go do your own research.

13. Galloway testified against being scapegoated
in the Oil-For-Food program. He also brought up a lot of charges against the US that most of the Senators in your list have also brought up.

Why do they need to rubber-stamp Galloway? He is a one-day wondeer and not a member of the American Congress. What actual results do you hope to come from this testimony? Did he actually say something you haven't heard before? Do you think the Senate hasn't heard it before?

The Senators mentioned have extensive releases on the Iraq War. Many of them have also spoken out against Norm Coleman's fake Oil-For-Food investigation. What else do you expect? We are a minority party at the moment. None of the people you mentioned have the power, at the moment, to do anything about this. So, in light of this, what do you want? Specifically. I would like to challenge you to say exactly what you hope to have them do. Specifically. Remember, they don't control the media. They can't dictate what gets on the news. So, what do you want? Why are you calling them out when their positions are already available and clear?

10. I've emailed Kerry to see if I can get them to comment
on Galloway's testimony yesterday. There is nothing up on it right now on Kerry's site.

I am emailing out to others to find out where they stand on Galloway.

:)

11. cool. we need to know
Edited on Wed May-18-05 10:07 AM by seabeyond
we need to unite, so we can help in the attle. and there should be a battle. we also have conyers that has escalated it to a point, that went away for a moment because of newsweek and galloway. but his stuff will be coming back. now he has people, democrats, supporting his voice. this is a good thing.

we have a lot of good things going on with the democratic party right now, but our voice and support is important too. and that is keeping us informed.

i appreciate you post, and here anything, gosh, would be fun to know
