worries me. Bad enough in a 'volunteer army', gonna be worse when the draft comes and conscripts are forced to give the brass DNA.

Oh, I know, enables identifying remains - peace of mind for families... but it also give DNA to a corrupt leadership which has proved to me that NOTHING is beyond their standards. Huge batch of DNA and hand holding with corporations who are not the best citizens in the country... recipe for serious problems.
