I'm with Superman, I fight for truth, justice, and the American way.

I recently got the movie Superman on DVD. Christopher Reeves will forever be Superman in my heart and no remake will ever change that. Only he could say such a line and it be believeable. I had almost forgotten that he actually said that in the movie until we rewatched it. While Superman II is the best of the four Superman movies, (kneel before Zod! one of the best lines ever IMHO) I teared up when I heard Reeve's Superman say he is for truth, justice and the American way.

That's what we do here, like Superman we are trying to save the world from the tyranny of evil men. Everyday we question the powers that rule us and we fight for all Americans to know the truth. The truth about this administration, the truth about 9/11, the truth about this war, and the truth about the corporations that wish for us to be their willing slaves.

Everyday we fight for justice, a justice that is possible if the words of our founding fathers are heeded. The justice we crave would put the tyrants running this world where they truely belong in jail! A justice that ever person that knows the truth is obligated to fight for until their dying day.

Everyday it is us who are fighting for the real American way, an America dreamed up in the hearts and minds of the men that wrote our constitution. An America with religious freedom, an America that is beholden to no corporation, an America that is truely of, for, and by the people.

So since I am feeling particularly hokey, I just wanted to say I'm with Superman, we all are.
