3. Where are we going, and what are we doing in this handbasket?

They're rioting in Africa,
They're starving in Spain,
There's hurricanes in Florida,
And Texas needs rain.

The whole world is festering
With unhappy souls
The French hate the Germans,
The Germans hate the Poles.

Italians hate Yugoslavs,
South Africans hate the Dutch,
And I don't like anybody very much.

But we can be grateful
And thankful and proud
That man's been endowed
With a mushroom-shaped cloud,

And we know for certain
That some happy day
Someone will set the spark off
And we will all be blown away.

They're rioting in Africa
There's strife in Iran
What nature doesn't do to us
Will be done by our fellow man.

5. Everywhere except the US. People we need to start organizing
some mass protest. One that will draw the "usual suspects" that normally protest, but one that will also draw in the soccer moms, young people, etc.

9. Now Scout
This has to be an exaggeration. I mean I certainly haven't read about any protests in the newspaper and I haven't heard about any on the news.

And you know the media would let us know :sarcasm:

8. It looks like he wasn't lying
when he said this;

“Look, our strategy is to create chaos, to create a vacuum.”

And this;

“We will export death and violence to the four corners of the earth in defense of our great nation.”

11. Of course
The part about "in defense of our great nation is a lie"!

I would never expect * bush to tell the whole truth.
It's the part about chaos, and death and destruction that is the truth.

14. 99.99% of what bush says are lies
The only exception to that seems to be his promise of chaos, and death and destruction to the four corners of the earth.

It's downright unAmerican to sit still for this.

Where did America go?

25. Ther're freaked out -
Remember, about half the country are Bushco fans, many of whom are Fundy Bible thumpers. I think the Book of Revelations states that when "The Abomination of Desolation is seen on the Temple Mount", that that will be the beginning of the end. Could Laura Bush be the Abomination of Desolation? The Dome of the Rock allegedly sits over the ruins of the Old Temple - weird shit.

23. none of the protests there have been
have been publicized by the corporate media in recent years. And yet we hear all about protests that take place in other countries. That makes people in America feel it's not worthwhile. Very discouraging.

16. What's interesting is how delusional they are.
Ms. Laura was under the impression that she's beloved the world over. That's the problem when the emperor wears no clothes - as soon as you leave the kingdom, you're naked!

24. Probably assumed that
the mean, nasy, anti- Bush protesters would be kicked out of that Mosque, or arrested by Repuke goon squads - just like here in the Land of the Free. Gee - did somebody drop the ball?
