Where is the Conspiracy to murder US Nationals INSIDE the United States?

Here is the caution:

USAMA BIN LADEN IS WANTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE AUGUST 7, 1998, BOMBINGS OF THE UNITED STATES EMBASSIES IN DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA, AND NAIROBI, KENYA. THESE ATTACKS KILLED OVER 200 PEOPLE. IN ADDITION, BIN LADEN IS A SUSPECT IN OTHER TERRORIST ATTACKS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.

Why would the US government not take the opportunity to blame Bin Laden and instead boil 9/11 into "suspect in other terrorist attacks throughout the world"?

BUT they have no evidence Bin Laden is involved in 9/11
Therefore, the logical conclusion is THERE IS NO evidence Al Quida is involved in 9/11.

According to the 9/11 Commission report, the mastermind of the attack was a guy named Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, who reportedly was arrested in March 2003 in Pakistan. Where he is held and what's going to happen with him is anybody's guess. I suppose he disappeared into a black hole somewhere.

It's slightly curious that Pakistani police reported that they killed him in September 2002 though. They even gave a graphic description of how it happened, in a shoot-out. And that British journalist, visiting the house in which he was allegedly arrested, was told by the woman living in the house that KSM had never lived there, and that the police had only taken her half retarded son, accusing him of being al-Qa'ida.

...in the United States is Zacarias Moussaoui, who may not have had anything to do with it at all. He was in jail when it happened, in any case.

Those things on the poster? Osama's been indicted for those. The thing not on the poster? He hasn't been indicted, thus if he is captured by the US or one of its allies they will claim not to be subject to the courts in dealing with him (even though that argument is silly because he's already been indicted for earlier crimes, I'm sure it's the argument they'd try to make.)

I did not make anything up. That web page you see is straight from the FBI. I just want to know why Bin Laden isn't wanted in connection with the 9/11 Attacks. And if its only because he hasn't been indited, why not go ask the 100s of prisoner's who haven't been indited for any crimes and are being kept in jail with out being charged?
