How do you define "extreme" to trigger a filibuster in this deal?

How do you define "extreme" to trigger a filibuster in this deal?
Where is the line drawn? If there is a slate of 5 anti-choice judges on the docket to be confirmed or denied, does that mean only the most extreme out of the 5 could face the filibuster?

2. It's simple.
If the Dems filibuster, it's not extreme enough. If the Repugs filibuster, that's okay.
