Bill Maher Treasonous??

Comedian Bill Maher's mouth has landed him in hot water--again.
Rep. Spencer Bachus (R-Ala.) says Maher's comment on HBO's "Real Time With Bill Maher" May 13, that the U.S. military has already recruited all the "low-lying fruit," is possibly treasonous and at least grounds to cancel the show.

The president flying Bin Laden friends and family right after 9/11 would not count as "aiding and abetting" the enemy? Um... I think we do have treason, but Bachus (an unfortunate demonic name) needs to look to his leader on that count.

Bacchus (bãk'əs) , in Roman religion and mythology, god of wine; in Greek mythology, Dionysus. Dionysus was also the god of tillage and law giving. He was worshiped at Delphi and at the spring festival, the Great Dionysia. In Rome, the mysteries of his cult were closely guarded, and he was identified with an ancient god of wine, Liber Pater. Many legends connected with Dionysus were also used in the cult of Bacchus.

Bachus could NEVER be confures with the God of Wine, Bacchus.

8. I hope Bill Maher doesn't behave like a spineless weenie again

When he had his original show (think it was on ABC) the Right Wing attacked him and screamed for his show to be cancelled. He responded by turning around and attacking Bill Clinton. He went out of his way to show the Right Wing that he wasn't one of "those" bad, nasty liberals.

he's advocating terrorism against journalists and their families.

I'm pretty sure if there were hot water, an open invitation by a television talk show host to kidnap and behead an American journalist and his family qualifies as real terrorism.
