Has anyone heard anything from Cruz Bustamante? Where is he?

He was supposed to keep an eye on Ah-nold and be his antagonist. I remember him saying, after the recall election,"You make your movies and I'll be keeping an eye on you and the State of CA".
Did he just vanish after the recall? Does Ah-nold have him bound and gagged somewhere?

And despite being Schwarzenegger's lieutenant, he continues to criticize him in no uncertain terms. Check out some of his press releases on that site.
