PC? a rant

The right demands that teachers don't criticize bush, How is that anything but wanting to get a teacher to bow down to propaganda for the socially dominant class? The right says they get'equal time' as they dominate the airwaves with right wing tripe..
The right is doing the PC trip (politically correct) in a far more severe and dishonest way than the liberals ever did.

As I remember it Political correctness was a form of cultural engineering designed to get bullies to stop verbally abusing or just abusing minority people.It attempted to put a leash on the abuses of stigmatized people in the public sphere.

When bullies get away with abuses on a society level and it gets legitimized by society as a valid point despite it being wrong,mean or flat out sick, you give these bad beliefs consideration,the bullies that use these beliefs to justify domination or abuse want to take over..

Like true bullies they took a leash used on their bullying tendencies and inverted it..Now the neocons and pushy control freak Christians are playing victims..

To a bully victimization is being redefined..like asking them not to call people abominations and declare they deserve torture forever because it is hurtful to the person being hated makes a bully feel victimized so we better let him rant WTF???

Bullies because they are ethically sick, will resent any form of social limits on their aggressive, dishonest or mean behaviors.They want to be the sole authority and they want all the other people they hurt to shut up take it and do as they want.

If they can't win by aggression alone they'll win by changing the rules themselves , manipulating words,changing the meaning of abuse and truth itself to get their way.

Bullies hate to refrain themselves from spouting verbal abuse,and religious proseletyzing..And it's somehow all of us who are at fault for making the bully suffer because we who don't want to be threatened for real or scapegoated say NO you can't do that to me or talk about me that way... Bullies behave like the very existence of minorities and liberals and our desires not to live in a hostile environment is abuse in the warped eyes of a right wing bully protecting his own cultural hegemony.

Oh the right whines about the evil Dem's who want to control what they say,The rightist bully says they should be allowed to bash gays humiliate and dominate women,proselytize to people who don't want it, and lynch blacks.. boohoo hooo.It's just not Politically Correct to say Reaganomics is debunk!

How many white male,straight,right wing fundamentalists have died in vicious hate crimes(because of what a guy wrote in a religious scroll 2,000 years ago no less) like Matthew Sheppard was killed ?

So if real people are getting murdered because certain right wingers think they should have no right to exist as they are..This is the core of what bullying is..\

Originally P.C was meant to leash bullies and curb their abusiveness nd controlling to others and minorities socially.

I think the stupid can be told they are stupid,when they are.So if bullies can't handle discourse and can't handle being wrong why oh why are they trying to change the school and the way others see to feel like they are right? Isn't this what PC was trying to stop this domination?.

PC on the left was invented to stop stigma and bullying of minorities in society.

PC on the right is a control tool to get the dominant class to get away with bullying,changing the laws and having their own views made sacrosanct and the ignorance within it go unchallenged...
Religion was not science,bashing minorities,and elitism was seen as not a valid intellectual stances.. bullies resent being told bigotry is not intelligent.
The rights style of counter PC says if you are a stupid bigot shooting off your mouth in class you cannot be criticized for your aggression because with right wing PC stigmas,Christianity> elitism and bullying are painted up as valid "ideas" now it can't be challenged(i.e. lipstick on pigs)

Bullies want to abuse people they don't like and make their victims shut up.They want this as a RIGHT....Righwing debunked ideas like(trickle down economics) and unprovable personal religious beliefs must be accepted on the grounds of EQUAL RIGHTS as valid even when they are intellectually flat out wrong. This game is making our culture sick.


Because if we didn't hash it all out intellectually and use the rigors of reason to smash ignorance(which can feel humiliating and painful to lose an argument ) and call some ideas wrong we all would be forced to be assimilated with the bullies become like them or die.
This is why they seek cultural war to reassert cultural hegemony.

Left styled PC just sought to even the playing feild..To say don't abuse others..Left PC. wanted to protect vulnerable people from the ruthless abusive cultural stigmas created by people who believe that the mere co existence on Earth with blacks,women who abort fetuses, gay people or people not rigfhtwing..is intolerable .

The right uses the same tools as the left used before to curb bigotry and stigmas perpetuated historically up to the present by the dominant class.But now the dominant class thinks w liberals are uppity, the right uses controlling form of PC like a perpetrator playing victim inverting it,using the cry of poor little ignorant asshole me can't get no respect.. The dominant class resents Liberals resent having to curb their stigmas and they do not want their ignorance challenged and by domination they think they can make ignorance and religion on par intellectually with science or philosophy.

All these resentful bullies playing victims now ,seek to scapegoat and dominate others to change the culture of academia so they can feel secure in touting their illness and ignorance as if that was not what it is..They don't want to be challenged intellectually or emotionally for their ideas or abusiveness . These PC bullies on the right don't want to be called an abusive asshole ignorant religious nut when they ARE being one.A perpetrator wounding a victim cannot be the person to tell a victim how much pain they are in/ This is what the right wing PC did.


The Right wants the historically scapegoated classes,to shut up and take the heat from the dominant class,because the right wing white male evangelical has never had to feel the frustration of being a minority in a society that caters to other classes at large.When the dominant class began to feel equal they saw it as oppression and now they are chafing to stay on top and keep their superior social position.. they can pretend that abuses by right wingers don't exist because they are not in the minority class socially like blacks or gay,disabled,women,or a pagan.

To Bullies PC is a rally cry for the return of "bully hegemony" like crying for the ten commandments to be displayed when Christians are NOT told they can't be Christian .. Left wing issues like Gay marriage are attempts by the left to assert the human rights and equality of gay people who really are persecuted ..On the right equality is seen as oppression.


Looks like some "young republicans" got their egos burned years ago by an intellectual challenge they could not face at college..Bullies cannot win intellectual debates because the right is WRONG at it's core and now it is full of ignorance bullies and narcissism that never wants insight into itself and it wants control..


The right harbors resentments and cries victim like a bully caught red handed by a teacher .It's payback time...and this bully with the bruised ego becomes a parent and their kids become the neocon nightmares in colleges asserting their authority over their teachers because their parents value winning(domination) more than reality itself So if the right wing can dominate it will regardless of facts and reality .

It's like these bullies are saying...
Take that history teacher that made me feel stupid in college for saying blacks have no right to complain about inequality now..
How dare you call me ignorant(Invokes Political Correctness and bias to get equal time for inferior ideas that must be accepted on PC grounds)

The right really wants to freely hate the minorities,they want to be on top of society and in control without struggling, they want to proselytize their religion everywhere, smear the queers and to get away with it all . They want to have their personality flaws accepted , their mental illness called normal, their rationalizations for their own hegemony,ignorance and bigotry called valid intellectual ideas by the school..

Bullies who dominate others are a impediment to all people who just want equal rights for everybody and to not be persecuted.Right wing bullies are never satisfied until they control the discourse.. Bullies who play victims deserve no pity, because they'll use it to control culture so they can get away with abuses.. .Bullies need to be called on their manipulation,stupidity and cruelty .There should be NO validation for their ignorance and cries of victimization they use to maintain their own cultural hegemony if one is to maintain a standard of intellectual rigor in school at all..

Calling things "PC" is a tactic to control the debate. By not allowing Liberals to use their own vocabulary, conservatives are able to use usurp language to frame the debate.

If this were really merely about "political correctness" and making sure that no one is offended, than the right would be even more PC than the left. After all who are the ones that want to pass a law that would make it illegal to swear on HBO? Who are the ones who say that Spongebob should be pulled because it promotes the "gay agenda"? The right has always been the ones pushing for more censorship, so if "PC" really meant what they want us to believe it means then the right would be far more PC than the left.

But the term "PC" is not really about political correctness. It is about racism, sexism, homophobia, and xenophobia. Slamming "PC" talk is really about slamming the strides we have made towards a more equal society. They are still racists, but they can not come right out and say that they believe blacks are inferior because then they would be seen as the bigots that they are. So instead they slam on everyone who pushes for racial equality as being "PC", it is there way of attacking the civil rights movement without looking like they are slamming the civil rights movement. Criticizing "PC" has really become the politically correct way of expressing racist thought in this country. It is a brilliant frame the right has set up, but if we ever want to achieve equality in this country we need to break that frame and show everyone its true meaning.

Actually, the term 'politically correct' was coined by commies back in the '30s or maybe '40s to refer to those party apparatchiki (and FBI agents) who were always careful to say the right things, but who had no more real commitment to the principles behind the words than a guy on Wall Street does. It was a clever way of calling someone a self-serving hypocrite.

Later it became used by liberals as a mild, self-deprecating joke, and finally it was taken over by the rightwingers and is used to abuse anyone who has any sort of pro-social idea or feeling--a complete black-is-white perversion of its original meaning.

It would be good to re-claim that term.
