Paul Rusesabagina (real-life inspiration for "Hotel Rwanda"), is coming

to speak at my school. He is the individual who, at great risk to his own life, sheltered thousands of Tutsis from rampaging Hutu tribesman in war-torn Rwanda. As the news liaison at the Elementary School where I teach, I am writing up a press release about his visit. I have met several famous people, but not since meeting Muhammed Ali have I felt the sense of awe that I anticipate upon shaking hands with this man.

1. He's an amazing person

I saw "Hotel Rwanda" recently and was very moved by the story. How exciting that you get to meet him! Tell him he's an inspiration, and a true hero.

Lucky kids that get to hear him speak! Wow! Enjoy it for all of us.
