Get Ready To Sign Up Freeptards
Edited on Mon Jun-06-05 08:40 PM by berni_mccoy
To All Republican Lurkers, Trolls and the likes:

The DRAFT IS ON THE WAY:

http://www.nydailynews.com/news/ideas_opinions/story/315901p-270321c.html

America's military recruiters are working overtime, but the results these days are skimpy. In recent months, they have not come close to meeting their goals, with Army recruitment shortfalls exceeding 40%. Evidence of growing alarm is the decision by the Pentagon on Wednesday to postpone publishing the May recruiting results until 10 days past the customary release date, the first day of the next month.

You are about to experience war first-hand. Hope it's everything you dreamed of.

That is all.

P.S. Canada doesn't want your ass.

1. "I've sang this song and I'll sing it again..."
I have two children, ages 7 and 13. This "march of freedom" is supposed to go on for several more years, maybe even a decade.

No way, NO WAY are my children going into battle in a war based on Bush Family lies, only to return from that war to have their service trashed by the GOP (ala McCain, Clelland, and Kerry).

NO WAY IN HELL!!!!! End of discussion. Period.

11. Me too.
My boys are 19 and 21 and there is no way. I would stand in front of them and take a bullet as they ran before they will ever force them into Bush's** illegal morass.

turned down PDQ! Maybe a boil on the brain like Rash Lameball had will spring them too! I'd say that any mongo who voted for Bush would most definitely be in line for a section 8 discharge!

13. of course not, you just 'turn to the neoanarchic gay lifestyle.'
don't ask don't tell remember?

and if that doesn't work, just go to jail. eventually "terrorist hostage america" will collapse, these war criminal terrorists cannot force this poor nation to do both. can't draft people and have an exponentially growing prison complex. eventually you run out of people and money. simple answer.

8. "Extending our civilization's core values?"
"The President could start by explaining that a favorable outcome in Iraq is arguably more important to us than it is to the Iraqis. Parents who send their sons and daughters into the fray can draw satisfaction from knowing they are not only extending our civilization's core values but securing our future in what is essentially a zero-sum game."

Is he kidding? Who's going to send their son or daughter to Iraq on a mission that's a bright shining lie, to coin a phrase from another war? We're not in Iraq for freedom or democracy or because of 9/11 or terrorism or weapons of mass destruction. We're there because of the geopolitics of oil. Who really wants to die for that? No one. And no speech by the head of the Monkey Palace - his President, not mine - will make it so.

Peace.

www.missionnotaccomplished.us - We have all the evidence of mendacity and illegal war-making we need to indict and prosecute Bush, Blair and every other neoconster scum-bag on the planet having any involvement in the Bush's illegal war on Iraq and all the torture and other atrocities that have been committed since August 2002.

are you trying to tell me that this war really isn't quite as popular as people have said?? I thought the public in general loved this war? Why aren't anybody who loves it signing up to defend my freedoms??

They spend so much time blathering on about how the US should "kick some *&%$ a$$ over there". Now they can walk the walk instead of just talking the talk...and putting stupid ribbons and stickers on their SUVs.
