It does play a prominent part in many conspiracies like Contra drug smuggling, Clinton Death list, cattle mutilations, chem trails, psy ops testing, etc.

We don't have everything on the top of our heads. I mean, this isn't exactly the "Mena Group" he's posting in. Plus, LOL, if I ask "what cattle mutilations?" am I revealing more shocking ignorance of something I'm supposed to recognize right off the bat?

This is tin foil hat land you heading into with this. Though some parts of it are possible but so many extra conspiracies are added that basically the whole mess is written off as nonsense. Basically the outline is this.

In the late 70s and early 80s the CIA was fighting the war the war against the evil Central American "communists" they wanted a place close to the action that they could use as a base to run guns, drugs, and personnel through and also run various programs and test exotic weapons. They originally wanted a third world country to do this in but none seemed to be safe enough for their purposes. Then as the story goes some unnamed military officer said that Arkansas was about as third world as you can get. So they picked this airport in the middle of nowhere Arkansas as their base and bribed the ambitious young governor of the state with promises of money and power to look the other way. The governor was Bill Clinton. So they would run guns and people south out of Mena and drugs north and ran their programs. Some of the people on the Clinton death list supposedly found out about the CIA base in Mena and died because of the information they found.

The cattle mutilation conspiracy started in the realms of UFOs. Across the country people have found the carcasses of various animals such as cattle, horses, sheep, etc with usually the genitalia, rectums, blood and some other organs missing. The mystery is further compounded by the fact that there is no footprints or others signs of anyone approaching the animals. Also the removal is done with surgical precision and sometimes it is reported that it looks like the wounds were cauterized or done by a laser. Finally no blood is ever reported at the sight of the mutilation or sometimes even in the animal at all. As I said first the aliens who were blamed, then Satanists, now it seems the CIA for some reason is flying around in their ubiquitous black choppers with lasers and collection the sexual organs of farm animals.

It consists primarily of the rabid talk radio dipsticks and the radical TV clerics. They have FAARRRRR more exposure than most Democrats can get, and they're at a comfortable enough distance from the Repuke party that they can allow them to do the dirty work.

Not so for us. Dean is doing us a mighty favor countering them.
