Fox NewsWatch: Downing Memo; Hillary Slams Press - (VIDEO)
June 11, 2005

Video - Fox NewsWatch: Downing Memo; Hillary Slams Press

Fox News Watch discuss Sen. Hillary Clinton's comments about how the media does not do its' job when reporting on the Bush Administration.

The Downing Street Minutes are also briefly discussed by the panel. Even one of the conservative pundits admits that DSM should be one of the biggest stories in the media.

1. Fox News Watch is the only program
on that network that is TRULY "fair and balanced" - always most enjoyable to watch Jim Pinkerton and Cal Thomas try to defend the indefensible week after week.

BTW - Hillary is dead right, but watch the False News Channel give her the mother of all trashings for the next week (in between Michael Jackson and the missing teenager in Aruba).

2. Thank you for posting this.
After that person mentioned that the DSM was arguably the most important story out there, I couldn't get over the phony laughs at the ** asskissers on the panel.

4. It was stomach-churning to watch them laugh it off
The fact that 1700 American troops and countless thousands or Iraqis are DEAD because of that fucker in the WH is something to laugh about to them. They are totally without souls.

Edited on Sun Jun-12-05 06:04 PM by 8_year_nightmare
asked the Neil guy if the media's failures began with this administration or does it date back to Clinton!! (Answer was "No, it's not a non-partisan failure.")

Yes, I'm sure Clinton was getting a lot of benefits out of the constant media scrutiny every day, every hour during those 8 years.

Good (by Faux News' standards) comment by Neil: "I think she (Hillary) soft-pedals the problem. Look, in this country we have checks & balances. One is institutional & one is the public & the press. The public & the press have failed in their watchdog function. And the United States & the American public suffer for their failure."
