A message for XXXXXX from Minuteman
Civil Defense Corps,

GOING NATIONAL! New Mexico Next!

The border watch mission of the Minuteman Project movement is going
national under the auspices of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps, by
mutual agreement of Jim Gilchrist and Chris Simcox. Their unity
website is located here at www.MinutemanHQ.com

Please check here for updates on all Minuteman authorized state border
watch operations, and on the Minuteman Project's new internal
vigilance initiative, Operation Spotlight.

The first new state operation in our expanded national organization
is New Mexico!

Minuteman Civil Defense Corps -- New Mexico
Mike Gaddy of Farmington, New Mexico
Contact: 505-860-2751
Bob Wright of Hobbs, New Mexico

Both are senior staff from the April Minuteman Project and serve on
the National Minuteman Civil Defense Corps staff.

In reference to recent articles in the newspapers concerning the
announcement of a New Mexico "Minuteman Project" headed by James Chase
-- Mr. Chase has no authority to use the Minuteman Project name, which
is proprietary to Jim Gilchrist of California. Neither does Mr. Chase
have Mr. Gilchrist's permission to trade upon the Arizona Minuteman
Project's April record in any future border watch initiatives.

Mr. Chase did volunteer during the first days of the Arizona April
Minuteman Project, but departed the Project early. He is now running
his own border watch operations, without any affiliation or
association with the original Minuteman Project organization or
personnel.

All affiliated Minuteman Civil Defense Corps groups are bound by the
original Minuteman Project's Standard Operating Procedures. These
procedures are the heart and soul of the Minuteman Operations, and Mr.
Gilchrist and Mr. Simcox are agreed that all participants in the
Minuteman movement are obligated to adhere to them with no exceptions.

The individual, Clifford Alford, who Mr. Chase has been quoted as
naming the head of the "New Mexico Minutemen" is not and has never
been a member of any authorized Minuteman Project effort. He has never
been trained under our SOP as a Minuteman and has never served as a
Minuteman. Mr. Chase's and Mr. Alford's organization has not been
authorized by either Jim Gilchrist or Chris Simcox -- co-founders of
the successful April Minuteman Project which is the proven model upon
which the border watch movement is building.

Jim Gilchrist is presently organizing an internal vigilance effort for
vigorous enforcement of our immigration and employment laws, called
"Operation Spotlight." For more details about the authorized on-going
Minuteman Project, click here. For more information about the
authorized on-going border watch operations of the Minuteman Civil
Defense Corps,
