visions of drug use rarely pop up for me any more. it was a different time and not such a good time either. with bush going to be on the tube tonight and at the UN tomorrow, i'm climbing the walls. i even thought about how nice it would be to just get stoned for awhile and fergettaboutit. the instant i saw the word hash i remembered some particularly lovely afghani hash...a golden crust over a soft green center. dammit...

How about going 24 hours without clobbering the other candidates and at least considering what are their good points?

How about going 24 hours without ripping our own to shreds?

How about going 24 hours without pulverizing ourselves?

How about going 24 hours without feeling the need to kick the living crap out of Democrats?

How about going 24 hours without committing mutiny?

How about going 24 hours without assassinating the characters of any of the candidates?


(enough substitutes for the B word in there for ya? ;-) )
