Hey! Focus on the Family needs a VB Programmer - Hmmm

In my ongoing search for a decent job, this sneaked into my search list on Monster today:

Here's a sample:
"General Purpose/Summary Statement:
The Programmer Analyst II position exists to perform highly diversified functions in the process of developing and maintaining
software interface programs for FOF�s computer systems."

Well - heck, I can likely handle that ...

But NOT THIS:

"Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ; maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Focus;
adheres to the Standard of Moral Conduct and Statement of Faith; upholds Focus on the Family's ministry in prayer. Demonstrates
behaviors aligned with FOF core values."

6. If you're that desperate for a job...

..just go through the motions and pretend you're one of "them" until something better comes along. And then, on your last day at work at FOF, hack their website and leave some really nasty viruses in their system.

Then again, I fail to see what "is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ" has to do with programming skills.
