Why isn't it just as likely that the margin of error would additionally go against the chimp?? Yahoo! news is reporting a tie between Clark and the chimp in the most recent head-to-head presidential preference polls ... when in reality Clark polls 49% to chimp's 46%.
I've seen other news organizations call this Clark's announcement bounce. The first time I've ever heard of such a thing ... but when the news goes against the chimp, the neo-con news media swing into the embarrassingly silly business of spinning for the chimp.
