McClellan: UBL "If we knew exactly where he was, we would go get him"
<<SNIP>>
http://www.fortwayne.com/mld/journalgazette/11947999.htm

White House press secretary Scott McClellan was asked if the two leaders discussed CIA Director Porter Goss' remark that he has an "excellent idea" about where terrorist leader Osama bin Laden is hiding. McClellan said that Goss "was referring to the general area he's believed to be in. If we knew exactly where he was, we would go get him."

Thanks for the reassurance...

1. Follow up question.
Why don't you ask Porter Goss where Bin Laden is?

2. OBL is believed to be..
.. somewhere on the border between Afghanistan and Pakistan..

.. exactly where we have believed him to be since 911.

WTF .. this is all old news, especially since OBL is likely dead.

3. The general area...
...in and around Baghdad and Tikrit, to the south, north, west and east of there, the general region. We know exactly where the WMD are being kept...

Wait, that was a completely different morsel of horseshit...

4. And if we'd known the flight numbers, we would have stopped 9-11!

6. Well, flight numbers AND seat assignments
Interesting that the White House feels the need to state something so obvious, isn't it?

9. It is the build up for Iran
It will be only a short while until it is found out that Osama bin Laden is hiding out in Iran and being aided by the Iranian government. they will have the information down to the exact location of his where-abouts. First they will DEMAND that the Iranian government give Bin Laden up but the Iranians will say it is not true that Bin Laden is in their coiuntry. Now who are the americans going to believe? This is how we will attack Iran. The WMDs will not work this time because of how wrong they were last time but people want Osama so badly that they will believe anything even if he had nothing to do with 9-11 in the first place. didn't Bush* just say they have had the mastermind of the 9-11 attacks in custody for some time now? If Bin Laden did not mastermind the attack and did not train the terrorists, exactly what did he do?

5. McClellan on Bush and Integrity
If we knew WHAT intergrity was and WHERE the President's integrity was hiding, we would go get it.

McClellan claimed he was not disassembling.

8. McClellan admits bin Laden is in Pakistan without knowing it
Q: Can we conclude then that we are -- the U.S. is receiving 100 percent cooperation from the country or countries that Porter Goss believes bin Laden is hiding in?

MR. McCLELLAN: We are receiving good cooperation from the government of Pakistan. They are a partner in the global war on terrorism, and they have been working with us to go after al Qaeda and Taliban remnants. They understand the importance of staying on the offensive and going after the terrorists to disrupt plots and prevent them from carrying out the attacks.

President Musharraf recognizes the importance of going after those terrorists and bringing them to justice before they can do harm. So we appreciate the work that the government of Pakistan is doing to partner with us in the global war on terrorism.

10. This is such a joke...
We all know how close the "House of Bush" and "House of Saud" are. Don't you think that * and his band of idiots know (and are trying to cover up the fact that) UBL is "hands off?" Do you really think that the Saudis would actually allow anyone to capture him? He is one of their own, and, apparently not the world's most hated man, unlike *. And * could have issued a warning about "possible terrorist attacks," any normal person understands that. But * and his posse did nothing and CHOSE to do nothing. One day, maybe, our grandchildren will learn the real truth, that * knew all along where UBL was, and just danced around him in an effort to get elected (since he wasn't the first time around) being a "wartime president." Oh, and Iraq? Who else wanted Saddam's oil besides BushCo? The Saudis, who also hated Saddam. Where did the hijackers come from? Not Iraq, but Saudi Arabia. Maybe 9/11 was nothing more but a little "nudge" for * to go and abuse his power to help the Saudis (and himself as well) get more oil, while the rest of us are left with the lies that there is not enough oil, and prices just keep going up, and up, and up...when will the madness end?
