I still can't find out what country the nine killed in a mortar
attack last Saturday in Fallujah are from. I googled the information and all I'm getting back is the nine killed were part of a U.S. led multinational force.
So, the only thing I can think is that they were Iraqis, since even icasualties haven't stated which country they were from. Since this news is three days old it's already archived in many sites so I've had to dig, but nothing comes back.
Does anyone know anything? and wasn't Fallujah pacified when the marines leveled it?

1. Haven't seen anything more on it
and I've been looking, too. It helped feed my insomnia for a couple of nights, waiting and wondering.

Since there's been no further mention of it, I figure it was either a bad source - or, as you say - and just as likely, they were Iraqi soldiers.

Here's the thread from Saturday, for what it's worth.

3. Are Iraqi's now considered 'coalition troops'? If so what does 'coalition
even mean now? The Iraqi's certainly did not take part in the invasion?

5. Are they even called 'coalition forces' anymore?
Keep seeing the phrase 'multinational forces' lately.

Coalition forces invade, multinational forces - um, er, - I have no idea, patdem.

4. Seems like this is one more thing
to slip down the memory hole, but there are a couple of things that will keep me looking.
One, it was nine killed and five wounded.
Two, nobody will say from where, I guess maybe they include Iraq as multinationals now, more orwellian speak.
Three, they fucked Fallujah up real good, why is there still mortar attacks killing people there.
Four it just doesn't sit well with me, they were people, brown, black, white, red, yellow, or a mixture of the pallette and they need to be recognized.
