Republicans Need To Read Their Bible Again, They are getting it wrong
(1 Cor 13:13) "And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity."

Charity has been replaced with a "you are on your own" type of mentality.

How can they stand and say they are Christians when they go against one of the strongest statements in the Bible?

2. And then there's that dang "Sermon on the Mount" thing
and Jesus saying that what you do to the "least of these, my brethren, you do unto me."

4. Their mindset...
Is that by leaving the poor on their own, it will force them to learn how to take care of themselves... it doesn't matter that millions of them die or live in squalor. If just one can pull themselves up by their bootstraps & become a success, the Republicans can tout how the system works for the next decade by dragging the one out as an example.

7. Or they can trash him, defame him, and call him a rapist and a murderer
That's what they did to Clinton when he "pulled himself up by his bootstraps"

9. They love George W Bush for it too
Apparently, if you listen to Republicans, Bush is a self-made man who put himself through college, singlehandedly won the Vietnam war, and then started successful business after successful business before becoming Governor and then president.

He is their idea of a "self-made man".

5. Religion skews the truth as much as Bush does........
constantly trying to rewrite or reinterpret history to serve their needs.

6. That's been re-translated as Faith, Hope and Love
because charity requires you to actually do something, whereas with love you can just, ya know, LOVE them without doing anything else at all.

11. Just depends
Clearly Jesus, Jude, Peter and Paul all had slightly different views oh how you got to heaven. Clearly Republicans LOVE Paul. Faith is all you need. Well Faith and to keep writting those checks.
