Italian Judge orders arrest of 13 CIA-connecteds for Kidnap & Rendition
So, hey, isn't Italy a sovereign nation? And isn't that exactly why we're NOT going after Bin Laden in Pakistan? Shouldn't they get their story straight?

MILAN, June 24 (Reuters) - An Italian judge has ordered the arrest of 13 foreigners tied to the CIA for allegedly kidnapping an Egyptian terrorism suspect in Milan two years ago and flying him to Egypt for questioning, judicial sources said on Friday.

The foreigners "linked to the CIA" seized imam Hassan Mustafa Osama Nasr, also known as Abu Omar, on a Milan street on Feb. 17, 2003, Milan-based judge Chiara Nobili said in the arrest warrants issued on Thursday, according to the sources.

Secret transfers of suspects to foreign states for interrogation are an acknowledged tool of the United States in its war on terrorism, but it denies charges that the practice -- known as rendition -- amounts to outsourcing torture.

The Corriere della Sera newspaper said on Friday that a former U.S. consul to Milan was among those ordered arrested.

The U.S. embassy in Rome declined to comment.

1. They've also conducted "smash and grab" raids in Bosnia
Not sure who (CIA or connected to CIA or army), but the Bosnian press went a bit mad at the time. Alledgedly helicoptered in raid on house, suspect kidnapped, spirited away to third country.

Also many European are complicit in this. US planes used specifically for this purpose are transited through Britain, Ireland and others. Theere is a group in Ireland and Britain who are planespotting trying to keep track at major airports in UK and logging details of these disgusting planes.

I wonder how long it is before they are arrested for terrorism.

2. Our own little band of thugs strike again.
"The U.S. embassy in Rome declined to comment."

These knuckledraggers should be sitting in front of the ICC. Oh, I forgot, the great believers in the "rule of law" pulled out of the ICC.
