at least that is what a young man recently told my brother. he said he tried to enlist 1 1/2 years ago but was told he had too many tattoos. my brother resisted telling him to try again, they probably are not so picky now.

3. WTF?
What do tattoos have to do with anything? And why did they pick "five" as the cutoff point?

6. Not so picky any more..
Chatting with a former recruiter (retired military now) and he said that they are not supposed to accept people that are have an allergy to bee stings, yet they provided bee sting kits (eppy pens).

The new requirement that schools provide all this personal info, including SSN, email, phone, GPA, etc. Guess the GPA helps identify the "low hanging fruit" as their first choice to go after, and not waste their time on the brainy kids who are smart enough to realize that Commander Cuckoo Bananas only needs them as cannon fodder, which I guess should be called IED fodder for now.

7. In Vietnam, we called IEDs "booby traps". . .
but I guess that's too close an association with that previous fruitless conflict , so the corporate media opts for sanitized language so they can shill for Shrub.
