Heritage Foundation Reviews Supreme Court Term
Did anyone see the panel on CSpan called Review of Supreme Court Term?
I guess the abolishing of the sodomy laws and upholding affirmative action has the conservatives so pissed, they now want term limits. Hmmm.... they better not played their cards wrong if they want to steal an election in 2004......

1. Members of the Heritage Foundation
need a blowjob in the worse way. Someone with some insight into the conservative brain please share with me why I, a flaming heterosexual white male can do whatever the fuck I want to do in my bedroom and someone who is not heterosexual causes such a stink amongst sexually regressed hatemongers?

3. I agree with them!!
And I have thought the same thing for quite some time.

The Supreme Court justices SHOULD be voted on by the American people at the very least every 6 years.

This lifetime appointment is insanity and forces the majority of Americans to live under the medieval brand of justice favored by Scalia and Renquist.

4. Life time appointment are dangerous
Feathers only seem to be ruffled when there is a sense of outrage over inflammatory issues like homosexuality ..affirmative action....

5. Term limits for SCOTUS

I've always felt that lifetime appointments in any governmental position left the American citizenry hostage to dead presidents (not the ones on money that we are also hostage too). I think a fair way to deal with federal judges would be to make them stand for election during the second presidential election after appointment.

6. I think the lifetime appointment

is meant to shield them from political fall out from unpopular decisions. I don't think that in itself is a bad idea.
