Arundhati Roy says she is an "Enemy Combatant"

A minute ago Arundhati Roy at the World Tribunal of Iraq at its closing session said that if the US definition of an Enemy Combatant is anyone who thinks that the US is doing wrong by seizing anyone from anywhere to transport them to wherever the US wants in the world to hold them without trial and to torture them, then she is an "Enemy Combatant".

1. If they can use homeland security to track dems planes in Texas
then anyone can be an enemy combatant for disagreeing with der fuhrer on any damn thing. God I love that woman.

2. And, you can bet that BushCorp would love to see her in Gitmo.
A great woman.

3. She is one of the bravest women alive.
It's a shame that most Americans have never heard her speak.

4. "Come September"
sure woke me up. I had been oblivious to all things political until Bush started ranting about 'either being with us or with the terrorists', etc. whereupon I got real upset. At that time everyone around me was supportive of that sort of thinking, so I thought I must be crazy to have a problem with it. Then, quite by accident, I was exposed to Roy and heard "Come September". She said everything I was thinking and I decided that, if I was crazy, I was in very good company - amen.
