icasualties has 1744, but just now on yahoo is the story of another carbomb killing an iraqi govt. person and two soldiers, so is it 1746 now?

5. I did that this weekend

and it was a shocker. I check on icasulties and it was 1744, but like I said on yahoo there was that report, I read it but it didn't clarify, I suppose we'll find out in the morning.
Sometimes I believe that it's entirely possible to have 1776 by 4 July.

6. That's only 6 more days. Could happen.

I have been confused by reports of deaths and the time it takes for them to show up, and what dates they give for the deaths. There is a lag, but they seem to be showing up. (Aside from my belief that they are not all showing up, distrusting the administrations reporting of it all I mean)
