People Had Expectations, Dam It
If you don't meet expectations you face demands. I am pleased. For the waning faithful tonight's speach was Bush's chance at redemption. A good explaination of how he intended to proceed, leading to our successful exit from Iraq was expected and it was not forthcomming. I think this speech, or lack of speech as it was, will actually contribute to an immediate and precipitous drop in the polls.

1. This speech was just rehash of what he's said all along
minus the WMD. I looked for the guy with the Applause sign when he got a hand part way through. Or maybe they were hoping he was done.
