Bob Costas is doing a good job tonight.
He's filling in for Larry King, and doing a fine job, IMO.
He's even asking if the president might be in trouble if people no longer believe him on Iraq.

I think I'll send them a letter of thanks.

4. I feel sorry for the guy.
He seems so meek, regurgitating the party line.

5. He played up the credibility gap nicely
with the Time and Newsweek reporters, I thought.

10. Oooooo nice shot by Costas.
To McCain- two buttons. One we get the best possible outcome in Iraq at this point. The second, that we never went there in the first place.

Which button would he push?

McCain picked the first. Whoops.

13. Has anyone noticed that we are getting better
journalism from sports guys and ex-sports guys like Costas and Olberman than we are from the MSM?

14. That's exactly right -
with one minor adjustment: that's CORPORATE Media, not MSM. There's nothing mainstream about what they're doing, IMO.

15. I agree
I was leary of Bob Costas at first, but he asked tough
questions and allowed those who suck up to do so on their own.
I agree for this show, he was a better host than LK.
