Words cannot do this justice. You have to see it, and the way the guy is trying to sell it, to appreciate it.

It's at dembloggers.com

Scroll down. It's a short clip and well worth watching.

2. I won't go there
I saw the after-math of the mixing on C-Span where the troops wanted to be anywhere but with Bush.

3. CNN said the same thing as soon as the speech was over. I would

imagine it was true and a tricky way of controlling the reactions. By issuing orders that this is a serious matter and no ooh haas allowed - it implies that there were some. And more than one MSM had that story just as the President ended his speech - which meant they had the story on 'orders' before the speech or it was issued as a press release during the speech. That way - they control the outcome of reaction. And they explain away any reaction. By disallowing reaction for reasons that it is a serious speech. So all the MSM put out the words "serious" and "speech" in the same sentence. The context was not that the MSM were saying "I've never seen a more serious speech". And we know how the delusionally blind the freepers are. They just pick up on one or two words in a sentence and process that. So they will think it is a serious speech and have the words "serious" and "speech" flying around in their brains. So WH got the MSM to frame the issue for them.
