Personally, I think it's great that a guy can show his emotions, Still, while defending his wife's reputation in '72, it was asserted that Muskie began to choke up. He insisted that the tears were melted snowflakes but the damage was done. And now we are supposed to swallow that THIS is a big tough Texas cowboy?
