Bush's Magic 8 - Ball Iraq War Strategy FLASH in honor of his Speech

This has been bugging me a long time, crying out to be made into a short flash that you can send around to pals as joke, really small file, but makes an important point, and quickly..

Because that Speech was a JOKE, that sorry monster should have been taken to the Hague by those troops...

my wife had the same problem, thought it wasn't working, tho PC folks see it just fine..

Flash can be strange at times.. sorry about that..
